John Goodwin

John Goodwin brings a soulful and passionate touch to the saxophone, flute, and keyboard. His music explores a wonderful variety of styles, from gentle jazz ballads and bossa nova to upbeat, funky tunes and moving anthems. You can hear this diversity in tracks like "Morning Anthem" and "Analog Dream."

Interestingly, John is a retired chemistry professor from Coastal Carolina University; many of his songs, such as "Seabreeze," were inspired by his years performing along the coast.
